(1) Density: The density of a material is defined as its mass per unit volume. Where, ρ is the density is the mass and V (2) Thermal Conductivity: Thermal conductivity is the property of a material that indicates its ability to conduct heat. (3) Enthalphy: The enthalpy of frozen food is related
The rheological properties of chocolate in its molten state (short referred to as chocolate in the following) are important to the eating quality and processing of chocolate. As for any structured product, the rheological properties of chocolate are closely related to its microstructure which is imparted by choice of ingredients and manufacturing process. themselves is a rheological property, i.e.
The rheology of the sludge provides information about the capacity and the flow, Accurate knowledge of the rheological properties of sludge requires the
Kyucheol Cho. Taedok Institute of Technology, SK Corporation, Yusung‐gu, Taejon, 395–370, Korea. The objective of this study is to evaluate the rheological properties and chemical bonding of nano-modified asphalt binders blended with nanosilica. In this study, the nanosilica was added to the control asphalt at contents of 4% and 6% based on the weight of asphalt binders. 2021-01-25 · Rheological properties determined using these techniques can be compared with measurements made by other workers or in other laboratories. In addition, measured rheological properties can be compared with predictions made using various mathematical theories which have been developed to relate the structure and composition of materials to their fundamental rheologi-cal properties. The study examined chemical composition and rheological and sensory properties of probiotic soy yogurt during 28 day storage at 4 °C. Soymilk supplemented with 2% (w/v) inulin or 1% (w/v) each of raffinose and glucose was used as a base for soy yogurt manufacture. Viability of probiotic organisms and their metabolic activity measured as production of organic acids and aldehyde content Measuring rheological properties of cement pastes is a more fundamental way of assessing fresh properties, compared to standard workability tests.
The rheological (flow) properties of concrete are essential for the construction industry, because concrete, for different elements of a structure, is placed into the formwork while it is in its plastic state.

The science of rheology is increasingly used to describe the properties of fresh cement paste. Compared to standard workability tests, rheological properties allow for more fundamental investigation, more precise phenomenological description of flow properties and serve as input for numerical simulations. The rheological properties of the concrete are changed very significantly by the air entrained agents. The air entrainment increases the cohesion and reduces the tendency of bleeding in the mix. It has been observed that 4 to 6% air entrainment by volume increases the cohesion of the mix and sand content may be reduced by about 5%.
